California visit

David flew me out to California to play with the kids while he and Julie went to a wedding in LasVegas! FUN! I got to help do a cowboy party in Laurens school class and I took Mia to her first gymnastics class. She loved it! It was a fun week.

When we got home from Washington Thad and his family and some friends were here visiting. It was so fun to have them here and I have some cute pictures but they won't work!!! I'll keep trying to put them on.

Trip to Washington

As you know dad and I went to Washington the end of May to celebrate Pops 90th birthday with all my siblings and their spouses. We went to lake Palmer and it was so perfect! The weather, the family, the place, the food, the fun..... it was a beautiful ride over there and fun to spend the week with everyone. I tried to add a few pictures but for some reason they wouldn't load!! I'll try something else.

My Mothers Day Gifts!

Thanks everyone for the fun Mothers Day gifts!!! Here is a video showing them all. My favorite gift was one I couldn't show yet... from Jared and Casi....congratulations on your good news! I've been telling everyone. I appreciate you all so much and loved my fun shopping spree. I agree with mom, you kids are the most thoughtful in the whole world. Jamie says she didn't contact Thad but he was still in on the gift and also thanks for lunch, I loved my fun day! I guess I'll keep ya. XOXO Mom

Trip to Washington

When I found out that both of my parents were sick and I knew Lynn and Sharon were gone for a month I got tickets to fly out to help them the next day. Dave drove me to Peoria. The weather was stormy but we made it okay. My flight went to Chicago and then to Seattle. The Chicago part was canceled due to weather. They booked me another way and then all flights were canceled so I spent the night in Peoria. The next day it was stormy and all flights except 2 were canceled but after a 4 hour delay mine was one of the 2 to leave. I was glad to make it to Washington!
